Enter using your private door code and head upstairs into a bright, open layout with a clean, modern feel.
To the left of the entry, the kitchen anchors the space with quartz countertops, new appliances, and a dedicated butler’s corner complete with a second sink, coffee maker, and wine cooler. A high-top island and peninsula bar provide space for cooking, dining, or working, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials.
Just off the kitchen, step out onto your private porch.
The kitchen flows into a spacious living area filled with natural light, featuring an oversized sofa that converts to a bed, a reading chair, and a 55-inch smart TV for streaming.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, vaulted ceilings, pendant reading lights, a dresser, and closet space, blending modern and traditional elements into a calm, comfortable retreat.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, reading sconces, a wicker chest for storage, and large windows that bring in natural light while maintaining a cozy feel.
The bathroom has been fully updated with a walk-in subway tile shower, natural wood tones, and is stocked with towels and essential toiletries.
In-unit laundry and high-speed WiFi make it easy to settle in, whether you’re working remotely, transitioning to Savannah or staying longer term. Free street parking is available in front of the property.

The Thomas Square District is just south of Historic downtown. Your home is located on a quiet side street, yet close to all several great restaurants, cafes and Savannah attractions. You're just a 10-minute walk to Forsyth Park.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is for your enjoyment. We have a deck right off the back, through the kitchen that is for your use as well, to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening.
We just ask that you're courteous to your neighbors, so try to keep noise levels to a minimum when out there, especially after 10pm.
Other things to note
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply to get you settled in, including specialty coffee from Kindred SAV, sugar, creamers, and all linens. The bathroom is supplied with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in dispensers in the showers for the beginning of your stay.
Entertainment: The smart TV is equipped with YouTubeTV. You are also welcome to log into your personal streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
