Bathrooms have a full tub and one has a walk-in double head shower. This historic district stay is close to all the squares, dining, shopping, riverfront nightlife, and all that downtown has to offer!
The Space
The Garden on Oglethorpe is a unique historic, modern apartment, where exposed brick walls and large spacious layout create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your private space is designed for both relaxation and convenience.
Living Area, Dining & Kitchen:
Unwind after a day of exploring in the spacious open floor plan living room, featuring comfortable seating and a smart TV for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. You have everything you need to make almost any meal.
Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms come with king beds and plenty of room for your belongings with cabinets and dressers to store your luggage.
Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to get your stay started.
There is a washer and dryer in the hallway.

Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire garden level apartment. This includes the living area, three bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms, and all amenities within the unit, such as the in-unit washer and dryer.
Please note that the garden unit is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible via the gated area on the side of the building on Whitaker.
There is plenty of paid parking spaces available nearby. Easy pay on the Park Savannah App.
You are in the Historic District of Downtown. Close to Broughton St for shopping, River Street, and all that Savannah has to offer. Tybee Island is only a short 30 minute drive.
Our smart TVs come with YouTubeTV and you can login to your streaming apps.
Other things to note
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply to get you settled in, including specialty coffee from Kindred SAV, sugar, creamers, and all linens. The bathroom is supplied with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in dispensers in the showers for the beginning of your stay.
Entertainment: The smart TV is equipped with YouTubeTV. You are also welcome to log into your personal streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
