Started the day at one of my rental properties to oversee a maintenance request, thankfully it was close to one of my fav coffee stops, @perccoffeeroasters ! Swung in for my usual Oat Capp.
Then, some time in the “home office” to write some thank you cards to recent buyers, thanking them for putting their trust in me.
Always a good day with a listing appointment! Over on the southside where I checked on the Colleen property that recently sold.
Stopped by another rental to do some quality control on the yard and amenities, it was time for some new pots and pans… these by Carote do not disappoint!
Grabbed lunch at @flocktothewok , Drunken Noodles (no peanuts, I’m allergic) with Shrimp is my go-to near the EV downtown office.
Did you hear the Jet’s won this weekend?! Let’s celebrate this 1-0 winning record while we have it! (Don’t worry, I didn’t go out like this).
Finally, took a nice sunset run always making my way through Forsyth Park. My therapy.
